So first off does Body Beast work?
Well when you ask that question almost any Beachbody program is going to work if you follow it and JUST DO IT! But if you are looking for a Magic Pill sorry this isn’t for you. This program will whip your but into shape whether you want to get ripped or you are looking to add mass.
If you like lifting weights of course this is the program for you but it isn’t that simple. If you have a local gym that’s great you should find all the equipment there. If not you will need the below equipment.
- Weight Bench or Exercise Ball
- Pull Up Bar or Power Station
- Dumbells – adjustable preferably
That is the end of a short list and yes that is really all you need.

Some Key Tips:
- Pick a program and roll with it the entire time so if you go lean really GO LEAN! And if you pick the bulk schedule GO BULKY!
- Make sure you diet is good to go and food is pre-made if possible for the day. If you don’t like the diet definitely get on one you can follow. For lean I would say 21 day fix is a great one to follow as well.
- Write everything down not just what weight you used. This way you will notice your improvements if the weight is easier, etc.
